The subscription includes unlimited monthly access to the following types of reports:
- Shareholders and Administrators
- Instance Lawsuits
- Insolvency Bulletin
- Official Monitor
- National Registry for Movable Properties (RNPM - AEGRM)
- Activity Domains NACE
- Secondary Offices
The Shareholders - Diagram Report includes the shareholders of the searched company, their share of participation and the diagram of shares held in other companies.
The report is necessary in establishing the identity of any company through the lens of the persons qualified to represent it. This report eliminates the risk of concluding contracts with persons who do not have the capacity to represent the respective company.
The Trials in Court report provides information about the lawsuits of any company before the courts and details about them: the quality of the party, the object and the solution of the file.
The Insolvency Bulletin report shows whether the insolvency procedure has been triggered for any company in Romania and has been closed, or whether there is currently an open procedure according to official records.
The Official Gazette report contains all the information regarding shareholders and administrators, workplaces, registered offices or any other legal changes.
The report is necessary to establish the identity of any company, as well as the persons qualified to represent it. This report eliminates the risk of concluding contracts with companies that have been deregistered or with persons who do not have the capacity of representative.

The Recom report can be accessed based on a RisCo Credit Package.
The subscription includes:
- Unlimited access to legal reports
- Companies can be searched by Name or Unique Identification Code CUI - Fiscal Code (only Romanian companies)
- Viewing the reports on the screen and downloading them in PDF format
- Sending reports in PDF format by email to a maximum of 5 email addresses simultaneously
- History of accessed reports
Payment for Subscription:
- Payment is made MONTHLY by debiting the credit or debit card registered in the account
- It is necessary to save the bank card for monthly recurring payments. Saving the card is done in the payment systems of the bank, respectively ING Bank. RisCo does not have access to customers' card data.
- The subscription is activated immediately after payment
- The subscription, respectively the related payments, can be stopped at any time from the customer account in the Subscriptions section
- After paying for a calendar month and stopping the recurring payment, the user has access to the reports until the next recurring date (when the card will not be debited if it has been stopped)
