You add the companies you want to monitor directly from your account or send the list in an Excel file to Risco.
You can add, delete, or replace companies anytime in your portfolio within your RisCo account, up to a limit of 100 companies.
You select what types of information you want to track and how often you want to receive notifications. We recommend daily notifications to stay updated with every important change.
After setting up your portfolio, you choose up to 5 email addresses to receive the notifications.

Alerts are sent by email the day after a change is registered.
You can set up to 5 email addresses to receive alerts.
Data can be downloaded in Excel format from your client account.
For each alert received, you have access to information about the company, the change that occurred, and whether it presents a major or minor risk in the collaboration.
You can add, delete, or modify the monitored companies directly from your account.
All received alerts are saved in the account and can be viewed anytime.
The service is activated immediately after payment confirmation and uploading of companies.
Payment for the Complete Monitoring Product for 100 Companies:
Payment is made in advance by bank card or by requesting the issuance of a fiscal invoice.
The subscription is activated immediately after the fiscal invoice is issued.
If the subscription has not been used for 14 days, the user may request cancellation and a refund of the amount paid.
If the subscription has been used within the 14-day period or after the 14 days from the purchase date, payments are non-refundable.
