What the Insolvency Procedures Bulletin Alerts Represent
The Insolvency Procedures Bulletin (IPB) is published electronically by the National Trade Register Office and ensures the execution of the service for summoning parties, communication, convening, and notification of procedural acts
issued by courts and judicial administrators/liquidators in the course of insolvency proceedings. The bulletin includes all procedural acts issued by courts and judicial liquidators/administrators during insolvency proceedings of legal entities, including summons, communications, notifications, convenings, court rulings, and other procedural acts provided by law.
The Insolvency Procedures Bulletin Alert is sent based on new entries in the bulletin, either when a company receives a new registration or when updates occur for companies already in insolvency.
The alert is weekly and is sent via email as an Excel file containing all companies for which new entries have been recorded.
The file is structured into three sections: procedure openings, procedure closings, and other procedures. For each entry, the company name, identification details, turnover, bulletin number and date, and a description of the entry are specified.
