New Companies Alerts is an automated service that delivers, via email, an up-to-date list of all newly registered companies in Romania. The alerts are sent either daily or weekly, depending on the chosen subscription plan.
What does the New Companies Alerts Subscription include?
The subscription offers unlimited access for 12 months to files containing newly registered companies.
Each day or week, you will receive an email with a download link to an Excel file, based on official data from the Romanian Trade Registry. You will also have access to monthly lists, including all companies registered in each calendar month.
The files include both SRL (limited liability companies) and SA (joint-stock companies). For every company listed, you will find key information such as the company name, tax ID (CUI), trade registry number, city, county, company status, registration date, NACE/CAEN code and description, legal form, postal code, and available contact details.
You will also get access to the alert history from the past 8 weeks, as well as all future alerts throughout the duration of your active subscription.

Payment for the New Companies Alerts Subscription
Payment is made in advance by credit or debit card. The subscription is activated immediately after the payment is successfully processed.
If the subscription has not been used within 14 days of purchase, the user may request cancellation and a full refund. However, if the subscription has been accessed during the 14-day period or after the 14 days have passed, the amount paid is non-refundable.
